The Spark* Bangladesh is seeking applications for its Accelerator Program that is a powerful opportunity for passionate impact entrepreneurs in Bangladesh who are at the early stages of building businesses and organisations that exist to change the lives of Bangladeshi people.

Benefits

If applicants are successful in their applications they:

• Attend The Spark* Accelerator – An intensive five day live-in workshop in Dhaka where they join a small group of Spark* entrepreneurs and access world class entrepreneurship training designed to help they focus their business and accelerate the growth of their venture.
• Access The Spark* Support Network – Beyond the accelerator they receive ongoing training and support from Spark* and they connect them to experts and professionals who can help them as they launch and grow their business. Specifically Spark* provide them with 12 months of access to brand and marketing experts, business coaches, mentors, lawyers and accountants (all super helpful for their venture). Applicant’s venture also has the opportunity to continually apply for small grants (up to 60,000BDT) to help them overcome barriers and test ideas to grow the impact or sustainability of their venture.
• Access Growth Support & Connections – The best Spark* entrepreneurs move into their growth program, where they provide larger amounts of support to help them grow a model that have proven in the startup phase. At this level applicants can access larger grants of around $10,000-50,000 Australian dollars, are connected directly to their investor partners and their team work closely with them to strategise specific approaches that will help them dramatically increase their impact and sustainability.

Eligibility Criteria

Spark* is looking for Bangladeshi startups who:

• Have already launched an enterprise that is making a difference in the lives of Bangladeshis (by improving education, health, homes or creating good jobs).
• Want to scale their enterprise to impact many more people.
