The Young ICT Leaders’ Forum is a platform for the Youth from worldwide to gather together in order to learn and to share ideas about ICT development and innovations. It is also a forum where they can pursue their career advancement and opportunities to realize their entrepreneurship through a network of professionals and experts as well as capacity building program.
The Young ICT Leaders’ Forum was established by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Busan Metropolitan City under their MoU to establish a framework of cooperation on the ‘Busan Initiative’.
During the ITU Telecom World 2017, ITU, an ICT specialized agency of the United Nations and Busan, a smart city in South Korea will co-host the Young ICT Leaders’ Forum (YILF) and the Busan Global Smart Cities Challenges 2017 (BGSCC 2017).
This is an extraordinary networking opportunity filled with interactive seminars and inspirational people across the globe. Last year, participants came from 62 different countries and 94 qualified candidates partook in the challenge.
