The Women Ambassador Forum 2017 in USA, Deadline: February 28, 2017
Location: Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas, USA.
Date: June 6 – 10, 2017.
The Women Ambassadors Forum will hold its third annual forum on June 6th to the 10th at Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas.
Women Ambassadors Forum is a global organization that provides a platform for young women to engage in meaningful conversations with industry leaders. Through our global network, we provide professional guidance and promote gender equity around the world to shape our future female leaders.
During a five-day forum, our Ambassadors will learn from distinguished guest speakers, who are successful leaders from a wide range of backgrounds and professions. We will also offer leadership workshops to provide our Ambassadors with the tools that are necessary to become the change that they want to see in their communities and further it through their own projects.
In 2017, we want our ambassadors to symbolize and embody what it means to be agents of prolonged change in their respective social environments.
Often times we stroll through life without thinking about the weight of our actions and decisions. The true essence of woman empowerment is the ability to confidently take the steps that will lead not only ourselves, but also those around us to the desired path. Although this impact can be as small as a drop of water, WAF believes these actions in fact carry endless potential. When overlapping this weight with passions and dreams we get as a result something powerful enough to shatter stereotypes, boundaries, and glass ceilings. This year we have decided to pay tribute to those actions that will lead us closer to our goal of gender equality and women empowerment. We are confident that this years forum will provide our ambassadors with the tools they need to be the drops of water that will create waves of change.
Benefits:
Throughout the forum, our Ambassadors have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills, expand their network, socialize with student leaders from different backgrounds, our staff and the speakers, explore our wonderful host city of Dallas, and continue their journey of becoming the architects of tomorrow.
