THE HAGUE STUDY TRIP!  LEADERSHIP. LEARNING. DEVELOPMENT, Deadline: 15 October 2016

Description
Join a Study visit to UN-institutions and other international organizations in the Hague (the Netherlands)! During the event participants will visit international organizations, learn more about their work and career opportunities in those organizations. The Hague is one of the international capitals for UN-institutions and other international organizations. During the Study visit the participant will visit Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, International Court of Justice, International Criminal Court, Permanent Court of Arbitration and other organizations.

The Study visit will provide an opportunity to learn more about international organizations and the work they do in the world. Participants – leaders of tomorrow – will have the opportunity to meet the staff of those organizations, to ask questions, to understand what their every day work. The visit will provide useful information and tips on how to start the career in international organization. Participants who will complete the Study visit will be given the certificates confirming successful completion of the project.  Study visit to the Hague is the start of your international career!

Eligibility
Young leaders, youth workers and youth; Actively working within youth projects;Who want to learn how international organisations (including UN-institutions) work with youth and in which way youth organisations can cooperate with them.

Costs
The fee is 490 euro. The fee includes accommodation and the program. In addition participants will need to cover their own travel and visa. For participants who need a visa the organizers will provide a visa invitation (only to confirmed participants).
