SEO Career Summer Internship Program

Interns earn up to $1,300 per week. As a result of our rigorous, comprehensive program on average 75% of eligible interns receive full-time job offers. In addition to an 8-10 week substantive internship, SEO provides 100 hours of training before the internship, industry exposure to senior executives through exclusive networking sessions, mentor support, a spirit of community service and access to a lifetime alumni network. The program is open to any major and there are opportunities for each undergraduate level – including SEO-U, the pipeline virtual enrichment & mentorship program for underclassmen. SEO has been featured in Princeton Review's "The Best 109 Internships" and Vault.com's "Top 10 U.S. Internships". Since 1980, SEO has provided underrepresented students of color with summer internships leading to full-time jobs. More than 30 years later, Blacks, Hispanics, and Native Americans are still underrepresented in many top entry level jobs.
