The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program provides a year of professional enrichment in the United States for experienced professionals from designated countries throughout the world. Fellows are selected based on their potential for leadership and their commitment to public service in either the public or private sector. The fellowships are full grants covering all related expenses.
Endeavour Vocational Education and Training Scholarships (Australia)
The Endeavour VET Scholarship provides financial support for international applicants to undertake VET at a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree level in any field in Australia for up to two and a half years. VET provides occupational or work-related knowledge and skills. The courses are directly related to a trade, occupation or ‘vocation’ in which the applicant participates. The scholarship includes tuition fees, travel allowance, establishment allowance, monthly stipend, health and travel insurance.

Nuffic, through the Netherlands Fellowship Programme, provide scholarships for short courses in Netherlands for international students from Africa, Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe. NFP fellowships can be used for a number of selected courses and are offered by education institutions in the Netherlands. The institutions provide professional training at post- secondary level in several fields of study. The courses lead to a Dutch certificate or a diploma and their duration varies from two weeks to twelve months. The NFP allowance is considered to be a contribution towards the cost of living for the fellowship holder.

With the International Training Programme, VLIR-UOS funds practical trainings of 1 to 4 months on a development oriented subject taught in English at Flemish universities and university colleges. VLIR-UOS provides full scholarships for the total duration of the training including allowance, several one-time payments, accommodation, insurance, international travel and tuition fee.
