The
Global Health eLearning Center courses are organized into Certificate Programs
to help you focus your learning with a more comprehensive study of key topics
of global health.
You
can earn a certificate in a variety of global health areas by successfully
completing all courses within a program area. As always, specific course
certificates are available on an individual course basis. Certificates Programs
will be expanded as new courses are developed.
Child Survival
Child survival and disease control including oral rehydration
therapy (ORT) and zinc supplementation to treat diarrhea; basic immunizations
for common ailments; micronutrient supplementation to treat malnutrition; and more;
save the lives of approximately 6 million children under 5 each year.

Impact
Evaluation of Health Communication Programs
This series of courses prepares learners to rigorously evaluate
the impact of health communication interventions, determine the psychosocial
mechanisms underlying social and behavioral change, test models and hypotheses
of communication influence at the population level, inform program practice and
contribute to implementation science. This is a highly valued skill set among
donor agencies and the public and private sectors, which place a premium on
strategic and cost-effective investment decision-making.
